What does the future of great service look like? The Rapport Great Service Debate Series
EP is delighted to co-host with Rapport, a series of "by invitation only" discussion forums to run over the course of this year.
It is a fascinating time which is filled with change and opportunity as well as the unavoidable challenge which is why knowledge share and new thinking is of utmost importance. There is an overriding focus and substantial discussion on the topic of service, its changes, its challenge and its future. What does service mean today? How has service been impacted by the pandemic and what does service mean for us all for the future? Has the rise in technological advancements within retail and hospitality impacted on our idea of or need for service? Is traditional service a thing of the past, could technology be the death of personal service or is it simply all about the experience?
Many businesses are reassessing their service offer, embracing technology including exploring the possibilities associated with robotics in hospitality. The big questions remain what does the consumer want, how are they thinking and importantly, how are they changing?
It is an important and fascinating discussion and one which we are delighted to create a series of debates with Rapport on as it is ever changing. Being open to new ideas and perspectives on this great debate will be essential to many businesses’ overall success.
