Adam’s career has embraced a great variety of roles from the ground breaking Jim Thompsons in the early 1990s, to being CEO of Lindley Catering, to CEO of The One Group for EMEA to being an MD within Elior UK and CEO of Concerto Group.

He is one of the most experienced leaders in outsource F&B so his thoughts are important. Adam is one of the most engaging, open and honest of characters. He talks with a clear love for the industry and for engaging customers again as operations do re-open.
