Many businesses today are debating the fall in employee productivity, the increasing levels of mental health issues, the fall in trust towards leaders and the need for new leaders to be developed and nurtured. Therefore the walks have been created to get people involved in activities outside of work and home that challenges, inspires, builds relationships and supports important causes. The first is The Way Of The Gods – Bologna To Florence which takes place from Monday 18th to Monday 25th June 2018. The walk in Italy moves through a series of ancient roads and mule tracks that lead through beech woods and along grassy ridges between rugged peaks named after gods. Beginning in beautiful Bologna and finishing seven days later in Florence, the capital city of the Italian region of Tuscany, the walk is also to enable personal growth and create memories. To register interest for yourself or your team please contact Lauran.Bush@epmagazine.co.uk
