Forgotten Histories of Scotland
The last twenty years has seen a golden era in Scottish Hospitality, the country boasts some of the crown jewels of the British industry and is filled with world class operations and great players who are at the very heart of the sector. However this only tells a small part, underlying all this is a great heritage of stories that lie behind some of these excellent operations. Too often we tell the story of hotel facilities but never talk about their grand old histories. EP is proposing to produce a book with the aim of showcasing the very best of Scotland's wide range of castles, hotels and spas, golf courses, restaurants and great characters.

There is passion and pride running through the establishments and people and as a leader in its field it must be highlighted. There is emerging talent from the whole of the country and importance must be placed on historical operations which have shaped the hospitality industry. Now is the right time for this book and the story needs to be told.
