Why have Brian Turner CBE and John Williams MBE been such important figures for their work outside of the kitchen?

David Coubrough, Chairman of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Board of Trustees and Board of Governors, explains

Brian Turner and John Williams will also be known as two of the finest chefs of their generation but they have also been strong advocates for the development of young talent, for greater cooking in schools and they have been champions for their profession.

They have both been major figures in the background supporting The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and Adopt a School. They are both very accessible, open figures with a kind word of inspiration for many young talents breaking through.

David Coubrough, Chairman of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Board of Trustees and Board of Governors, spent a few minutes explaining to EP just why these two have played such important roles for the industry and gives a glimpse into the way that they interact.

Very interesting listening and insight.
