Vested - in conversation with Paul Saville-King and Isabelle Kemlin, CBRE UK and Sweden

Vested - in conversation with Paul Saville-King and Isabelle Kemlin, CBRE UK and SwedenAs part of the ongoing series of discussions on the Vested model, EP were delighted to talk with Paul Saville-King, President, Global Pursuits & Strategy and Isabelle Kemlin, Business Unit Director, Sweden for CBRE.

CBRE are embracing the Vested business model as the focus on what is best for We rather than what is best for Me. The business is thriving by working collaboratively and though not all deals or relationships are suited to the vested model, they are actively looking to change over many of the current and future contracts to align with the Vested thinking and model.

As a business, they are working hard to change thinking and show that there is a better, more collaborative way to work where trust, mutually beneficial outcomes and long term relationships really sit at the heart of the business and all those they engage with and support.

A very interesting discussion well worth a listen.
