Vested - in conversation with Kremena Daskalova, Management Consultant, Canada

Kremena has been involved in a couple of major Vested projects including the first major Vested contract in Canada between a public body and a private concern with the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.

In this interview, Kremena discusses her own thoughts on why the Vested approach is important, how it challenges natural beliefs and how it brings the best out of a process. As she notes, the team had to learn how to give trust rather than expect trust to be earned and how it does challenge some the natural values that many in procurement possess.

It was a fascinating, engaging interview
