Incendium’s strapline is “rethinking real estate” so it is interesting to find that Valerie is a strong advocate of the Vested model to building outsource partnerships. Incendium were very much involved in working with BP, one of the strong case studies for the model.

Valerie is very engaging and open in her discussion but clearly believes that Vested is becoming increasingly important as a model/approach and one which will become increasingly mainstream in future years.

The discussion inevitably focuses on the importance of trust and behaviours in business and as Valerie notes “one has to choose to trust” as a starting place.
