As a continuation to our series of events and discussions on Hotel Schools, we were delighted to interview the three Deans from the Swiss Education Group today as to how they view the challenges of this time.

It was only on the 23rd September that Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne hit the headlines when 2.500 students were forced to isolate following private parties. Similar stories have come from UK Universities across the country.

So how is the second wave impacting on education and hotel schools? How are students responding to the challenges of this moment?

Such a period always create change and what changes are being seen? What will the legacy and lessons to be learnt from this time?
