Uncut and in Conversation with - Robin Bidgood, CEO, The Army and Navy Club

The pandemic will have both severely challenged the traditional members clubs but also opened up opportunity to re-emphasise their importance, value and the role that clubs do play. It is so often under-rated but many people do want to belong to a community and clubs do fill this role; so what is the opportunity post pandemic and how have members responded to their clubs during the pandemic?

Robin is one of the most open and considered of characters and discussed the above with thought and honesty. He also discusses how the pandemic has challenged his own leadership, how he has changed personally and talks through his career. He talks with great fondness about how his team have worked loyally during this period and how they have used virtual events to keep members engaged.

A great conversation well worth a listen.
