Uncut and in Conversation with - Jackie Cupper

Jackie has enjoyed an exceptional career which most recently has seen her heading up Global Corporate Services for GSK. Previously she had been VP Mid-Atlantic Region for ARAMARK and the UK MD. She spent time as an Operations Director with Spirit Pub Company as well as senior roles within Granada Food Services and Gardner Merchant.

Jackie today talks passionately about the need to ensure a strong employee experience within workplaces and how we do need to learn and adapt from the issues which have affected all companies with falling productivity and mental health.

During the interview, Jackie asks whether there is really any need to return to life as it was? Leadership is bound to change, she notes, and it will face a need to rebuild trust through actions. She also talks over her work in mentoring emerging women in Hospitality and FM.

A great discussion raising many important points for our industry to debate.
