In a very engaging and open discussion, Ardell discusses why he became a convert to Vested, on how different regions across the world are responding to Vested, and how the pandemic has maybe been a catalyst for change.
The discussion was wide reaching and touched on how the whole Vested approach almost deals with the hardest issues first, plus how it is important to have board buy-in as well as answering the views of critics to the approach.
Ardell is vastly experienced on a global basis so his perspective has real value and it is encouraging to hear how the largest of deals are now re-imagining how they can be managed and partnered using the Vested model thinking and behaviours.
