Bob Cotton OBE is the former CEO of the BHA (now UKH), a Government advisor and former Director of Sodexo UK.
Bob Cotton’s career spans the last fifty years which has seen the highs and lows for the industry. As many talk with understandable concern of the rise on inflation and energy costs, it is important to note that this is not the first time the industry has faced such challenges. Such periods can often produce opportunities as well as threats.
