First Speakers Announced

Hospitable Cities is an interactive international summit where we will debate and discuss how cities can improve the quality of welcome, their attractiveness to visitors and the role that the hospitality industry can play. There is change happening in this area and speakers from around the world are being brought together to share their experiences and learnings at this unique one day summit. Most of the leading cities face genuine security fears and there is a need for safety. This summit will explore what we need to do for the future. Ngillan Faal Ngillan will look at the role of the creative economy in curating an 'authentic' city voice. Beginning with her city, Johannesburg, the talk will look at perceptions of cities and the role of art, design, music and more. The insight will include implications for the hospitality industry and wider trends in Africa

 Rasmus  

Rasmus Bo Bojesen Rasmus is a Master chocolatier who created the organic Danish chocolate company, Oialla. Rasmus, CEO, discovered cocoa beans were not being harvested in the Bolivian jungle and recognised their enormous quality and potential. He created a partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Denmark and started making organic Beniano chocolate.
