Rapport celebrates growth at the fourth annual Service Excellence Awards

Last week saw Compass Group UK & Ireland’s specialist guest services provider Rapport, host their fourth Service Excellence Awards at Nomura, to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding staff members that make Rapport what it is.

The awards were unique in the spirit that was displayed by both the nominees and the rest of the Rapport staff. There was a great deal of excitement in the room and everyone involved was incredibly supportive of each other. Rapport’s clients who were in attendance similarly showed wholehearted encouragement to the nominees and winners, and the atmosphere was testament to the great work they are doing. It was also the perfect opportunity to celebrate growth of over 30%, as well as a 100% retention rate.RapportThe Rapport Deloitte team celebrating their win

Whilst the London awards took places there were simultaneous parties in New York, Manchester, Edinburgh and Birmingham, all of which were linked to the London hub through a live video conference.

In total there were 14 winners across nine categories which reflected Rapport’s core values including Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall and Stronger Together. Awards recognising ‘Outstanding Contribution’ to the business and ‘Best Newcomer’ were also presented during the evening. Attendees were inspired by the anecdotes and advice of guest speaker, Luxury Hospitality Professional, Anthony Lee.Greg Mace, Managing Director of Rapport, said:  'Rapport has grown tremendously since its launch in 2012 and this looks set to continue.
