Alan is the creator of the 31Practices concept and approach and founder of the Global Values Alliance. Ngillan Ngillan Faal   Ngillan will look at the role of the creative economy in curating an 'authentic' city voice. Beginning with her city, Johannesburg, the talk will look at perceptions of cities and the role of art, design, music and more. The insight will include implications for the hospitality industry and wider trends in Africa. Rasmus Rasmus Bo Bojesen Rasmus is a Master chocolatier who created the organic Danish chocolate company, Oialla. Rasmus, CEO, discovered cocoa beans were not being harvested in the Bolivian jungle and recognised their enormous quality and potential.
