This year Penshee and EP have been hosting small roundtable discussions with senior players from hospitality and related businesses to answer two core questions:
- What is great service?
- How do we reach a consensus on what must be done to achieve it?
The debates have attracted great interest across the industry as the topic continues to grow in stature along with the collective recognition that service is becoming increasingly important in the modern fast-paced world. However, how will it evolve? What are the key areas of focus and change? And what do we mean by the term “great service”?At this years Independent Hotel Show, The Great Service Debate is just one of the many stimulating seminars and workshops taking place. Guests at the show can explore 350 premium suppliers who are exhibiting design, the latest technology and innovative products.
