Ritrovo has been founded to create a personal leadership development platform which will allow users to find curated personal stories from a range of over 120 leaders of today, from all walks of life, who all share a passion to support and encourage the Leaders of tomorrow. In these they talk candidly about the experiences that shaped their own personal leadership journey – the leaders that have inspired them & the advice they would give to themselves if starting out again.
The ethos has been to bring real leaders, and their knowledge, together with young talent to support development, retention and growth. Such a framework has never existed before and hence we will be delighted to launch the App at the start of June. The App will contain not just great stories and insights but a library full of information, live chats and conversations, lectures and events.
The App has been designed for all ages, for emerging professional talent, for students and for those still in school.
In a world where trust has declined and leaders have been called into question, it is important that leadership is once again repositioned to be viewed as an important aspiration and trust is once again placed at the heart of day-to-day life.
