Stories and insights from across the sector will be shard on Thursday 30th March at our celebration dinner. On the night we will explore whether unconscious bias exists within the sector, how our background, cultural environment and personal experiences influence us and how we can achieve dreams and aspirations. Plus we will also look across the sector and how changes can make a valuable difference for people and businesses. We are delighted to have the following speakers on the night: Terry WaldronGroup Relationship Director, CH&Co Group Terry will speak about unconscious bias and the importance and benefits of a diverse team.  Angela WilsonFormer team GB member, CEO of Angela’s Swimschool Angela will focus on her struggles as a girl in her career and how dreams and aspirations we have as children never leave us. Angela will also provide an insight into her empowering franchisees.  Simon TarrChief Executive, People 1st Simon will speak on how the sector needs to be more flexible as a whole.
