Introducing Talkington Bates LondonLast week Talkington Bates held their official London launch entitled "Creating Perfect Partnerships". In an evening celebrating the combination of inspiring food and fine wines, the food service and hospitality provider showcased their delicious offers.On the night the team presented their ultimate experiences of City Hospitality and Workplace Vitality to a London audience of legal, accounting, banking and media.Whilst officially launching in the capital, the caterer are not new to the London market. Over the last two years Talkington Bates have experienced an 80% growth in the City and Canary Wharf. Their aim is to be more dynamic, different and visible in London with an objective of being the perfect fit by delivering a range of bespoke services. Guests were treated to an array of starters including Beef Carpaccio, Truffle Remoulade and Chicory Salad and also Blow Torched Mackerel, Picked Vegetable Brunoise and Tarragon Mayonnaise. Each treat was paired with a wine that enhanced the dish. Delicious main courses included Slow Cooked Harissa Lamb, Pomegranate Tabbouleh and Aged Feta and for the desserts guests were treated to Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta, Poached Rhubarb and Ginger Crumb. The Talkington Bates TeamDuring the evening guests were also treated to Vitality Dishes. A range of menus that are based on research and created by a nutrition expert.  The Blackened chicken, avocado and mango salad (with quinoa, feta and chilli) for example is full of Vitamin C and Niacin - vital for keeping the immune system strong and metabolism working.
