Inspired by Leaders - Lucy Tse-Mitchell, Managing Director, Seewoo Group

Leadership means different things to different people. The common threads in most leaders journeys seems to be the need for authenticity, having and giving trust, establishing and maintaining great relationships and continuously learning from others. Most leaders will freely admit that their journeys have not been in a straight one, that they have been peppered with successes and failures, that they have themselves changed along the way and that often what they thought was their greatest failure actually turned into their greatest learning or success. They have built their levels of resilience along the way, they have continued to learn and have adapted a growth mindset but in all of this, they have understood the importance to be true to themselves, their visions and that when things did not unfold as perhaps expected, they have stood back up, taken the lesson given and moved on with dignity, drive and determination.
