Michelin Star Chef, Saturday Kitchen regular and author of three cookbooks, Daniel Galmiche is no stranger to the limelight. However, his efforts today are forcing him into the spotlight for a more painful reason.

His wife, Claire, is in the battle of her life with Stage 4 Cancer. Claire has eloquently documented her long struggle with cancer on her GoFundMe page. As the cancer has spread, she is in extreme pain and currently seeking care with The Wellington Hospital in London alongside the Florence Nightingale Hospice team.

Daniel and Claire have been overwhelmed by the support and donations they have received. In a recent Facebook post, Claire wrote " I know if love could heal me I would be better already".

However, their battle is on-going and fundraising needs to continue as costs are mounting. By reaching out for financial help from the Hospitality Sector, Daniel is hoping to provide Claire with pain relief so they can enjoy whatever time they now have left.
