Gastronomica - Rethinking Food & Drink; creating an Industry collaboration to showcase the changes taking place

From the early days of 2021, a core team has come together to work upon a concept for food sustainability festival which, already has over 30 companies involved, to work together to inform and enable a better understanding and greater awareness to drive informed choices and a consumer movement.
All across the Industry, there are great works taking place and our aim is to create a festival which is engages wide audiences and helps tell the story of the changes taking place and which so many do want to understand better.
This is a journey which will build. Please do come and get involved.
