Foodles – a potential disrupter to challenge the food service market

Over recent weeks, it is clear that there is an opportunity for new disrupters to enter the market with new service offers. In an interview EP ran a couple of weeks ago, there is clearly a need within the NHS for better 24/7 provision. Within large hotels, there is a growing focus on new services to support teams and in corporates, it is increasingly clear that the return to density levels at work will take a 2-3 year period; maybe even longer. It all serves to create new discussions and narratives.

Foodles built a strong base within the Parisian market serving both corporate offices and hotels. How are they finding entry into the UK market? EP was delighted to talk to the team leading the development in London. How do they see the opportunity in London? The market? The differences between the two great cities?
