EPCIS Scottish Forum - A call for Investment into the Highlands to maximise its potential

On Wednesday, we hosted a fascinating discussion – led by John Murray, Founder of the Highland Food & Drink Club – to discuss the recent call for Westminster and the Scottish Government to invest into developing the infrastructure of tourism facilities in The Highlands to maximise the undoubted potential the region does possess.

This is an important discussion as it does also reflect many regions who are seeing their tourism grow during this period of staycation but are also aware that their infrastructure needs to improve and develop in order to maximise the potential that is available.

The Highlands possesses a proud history and legacy and The North Coast 500 has brought much new interest and visitor. Will Government work with private investors to really support the development of The Highlands? Can more private investment be found? What is the true opportunity? And the challenges?
