As we look towards 2023, EP is fortunate to be involved in a full range of exciting and progressive projects which does illustrate how the market is recovering and changing.
We are therefore delighted to announce that we will be joined by a number of top level, proven executives on major projects.
This includes:
Elisabeth Oakley – Communications Expert
Liz is a communications consultant with more than two decades of experience in both PR and internal communications. She’s spent the last 15 years working largely for food, drink, and service-based organisations, and was previously Director of Communications at Compass Group UK & Ireland.
Adam Elliott – Former Industry CEO
Fifteen years in key leadership roles across several key markets from outsourced concepts from hotels and stadia to High Street concepts to venue management.
Adam spent many years working in high volume sites across the UK and managing some of the best- and well-known establishments in his time with Elior before moving into large volume hospitality with The Lindley Group. Latterly he was the CEO of the largest event company in the UK overseeing prestige venues accommodating at times over 1000 guests per event. Within this he managed 7 other businesses that all combined to make up the Concerto Group, from Events, Agencie, Production, Music, Artist’s and Catering Venues.
John Harris – Culinary and Food Service Expert
John is best known for being the founder and CEO of the Good Eating Company until its sale to Sodexo. John is one of the leading culinary experts in the sector with a passion for food which few can match.
All three will add real value to EP’s offer in 2023 as we work closely with many boards and senior players looking at major trends and changes across the industry.

James Greetham - Founder and MD, Sprung Collective
With more than two decades experience within senior roles in the Food and Drink industry, James created Sprung Collective to support businesses looking for a truly bespoke solutions to help them unlock innovation, new directions and discover the real potential Food and Drink can have on growth.
From leading multinational FTSE organisations to small start-ups, James’s breadth of experience combined with his common-sense approach is a compelling combination, and we like to think a winning formula. James has food and hospitality in his veins; from growing up on a dairy farm in Yorkshire, his love for the industry from the grassroots was formed.
Julian Russell – Director, Sprung Collective
Julian is a highly experienced and results focused CEO / Director with extensive, international experience and an adept facility for managing and transforming complex operations, providing strong leadership, forging productive partnerships, driving forward change and achieving effective results.
He is a proficient strategist, who priorities developing strong relationships that are built on trust and respect, in addition to building teams that work collaboratively towards clearly defined goals.
