An interview with Lucy Tse Mitchell, Managing Director of SeeWoo UK

SeeWoo is one of the best known companies within the world of Chinatown and the production of authentic produce. The business was originally founded in 1975 by Lucy's father Stanley who came over to London in the 1960s.

During the interview, Lucy discusses the challenge of modernising a traditionally family run business, the challenge of facing Covid-19, and the rising expectations of consumers.
