Aboard 'The Majestic Bel' - Entrepreneurs' Club

 The Entrepreneurs' ClubAn evening of fine food and enjoyable conversation took place last night on the Kennet & Avon Canal. The waterside setting of Bel & The Dragon in Reading played host to the Entrepreneurs Club which brings all together to form a community which works as one to support growth and find value.Bel & The Dragon, a former biscuit factory, is a unique building with a vibrant atmosphere matched by the evenings attendees of which there were over 40. Summer Punch welcome drinks were taken in the bar and guests moved through to 'The Majestic Bel', the dining boat which sits in the beautiful waterside setting. The menu included sharing platters of Pink Peppercorn Squid with Sweet Chilli Jam & Crispy Cornish Whitebait and a main course of delicious Roasted Suckling Pig with Crispy Crackling and Spiced Apple Chutney. The evening was capped off with a Gooey Gluten Free Chocolate Nemesis with Salted Caramel & Crème Fraiche Sorbet.Hector Ross, pictured centre above, explained his role as Chief Operating Officer at Bel & The Dragon. Their strong value proposition is simple but excellent food, real British hospitality culture and a leadership team of balance and conviction.
